REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Aarya Care, we prioritize hygiene and safety. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, returns or refunds are generally not applicable once the product has been delivered, unless eligible under specific circumstances as mentioned below. General Policy:

Refunds are only applicable for orders that remain undelivered, as confirmed through Aarya Care’s internal records or our delivery partners’ reports.
We encourage our customers to carefully review product details and place orders responsibly. Aarya Care is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer, and no refunds or returns will be processed for such cases.
Please do not accept any delivery if the outer packaging is torn or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain consumable and personal care items are not eligible for return or refund once sold. These include (but are not limited to):

Menstrual Cups
Panty Liners
Nipple Covers
Intimate Washes
Menstrual Cup Wash
Other sealed intimate hygiene products once opened or tampered with.

Delivery Discrepancies:

All Aarya Care orders are OTP-verified at the time of delivery.
If your order status shows ‘Delivered’ but you have not received the package, you must contact our customer support via the ‘Contact Us’ option on our website within the time frame specified.
Upon receiving your complaint, Aarya Care will investigate the matter and take appropriate action at its sole discretion, depending on the findings.

Replacement Process (If Applicable):

In cases where a replacement is approved, products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, and upon expert approval, a replacement will be dispatched.

Refund Timelines (If Applicable):

For eligible refunds, processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on the bank or payment gateway, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
